You can delete your detwer account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two routes.
In the app or dashboard
- Sign in at app.detwer.com, or open the detwer iOS / Android app.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
If you are the Owner of a tenant, this deletes the tenant and all of its data. If you are a staff user, this removes your user only — ask your Owner to remove tenant-wide data.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@detwer.comfrom the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to verify ownership first.
What is deleted
- Your user profile and authentication data.
- For an Owner deleting a tenant: the tenant account, its staff users, device timelines, diagnostic and erase/restore records, settings and API keys.
Timing and exceptions
Deletion completes within 30 days. Accounts inactive for24 months are deleted automatically. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes, plus anonymised aggregate data. See our Privacy Policy.
